i'm have been apart from my wife as a trail sepreation it has been now about a year we have a house but i did not want to rent so i bought a house if i go for a divorce will i nee to give her any part of that house i bought

Under Pennsylvania law there is an Entireties presumption. That is any real property purchased while you are married can not be sold or mortgaged with out your spouse's permission. This is different from the marital estate that is divided by Equitable Distribution.

How it will play out in your case depends on a number of facts I do not have.
