how old can a child be to immancipate himself from his parents

Re: immacipated

He has to be able to spell emancipate. If you haven't completed you education or show the court you will be able to make your way in the world prior to your 18th birthday (that's when in Pennsylvania you're consider an adult). Your age will not be the determining factor.
