Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Monies held in escrow

At the settlement table for the sale of the family home, my ex-wife demanded extra monies other than what was agreed to, from the proceeds. after a brief ''discussion'' both lawyers sugested that the proceeds be put into an escrow account, until a settlement could be reached.

That was five (5) years ago. My question is how do I get My half of the money and move on with my life.

Re: Monies held in escrow

You would need to file a Petition with the court that entered your divorce decree to have the issue resolved. Alternatively, you could reach an agreement with your ex-wife.
