In Pennsylvania, do divorce papers expire? I'm being told by my soon to be ex that the papers we signed have expired. I already paid the $30grand he was looking for because we had agreed to the terms and everything back in October. Do any divorce papers expire? His lawyer wont call me back?

His lawyer is HIS lawyer. Why don't you call your lawyer or if you do not have one, get one even now.
It shouldn't be terribly expensive. Call me if you want some help or clarification.
