Remarriage

I want to remarry. My boyfriend and I both pay child support to our ex's.If I remarry can my new spouse's income be considered for my child support payments and mine for his?

Your paramour's or new spouse's income is not calculated for your child support obligation. However, if your expenses are reduced due to your living situation, that could be a reason for the hearing officer to deviate from the guidelines. I would not presume that you or he will pay more simply because the two of you become married.
