Separated - Husband not giving money for expenses

Separated with two children.A stay home mom no source of income.Husband is refusing to give money for food and threatened to stop paying the bills.She has both children full time.No money for a lawyer since husband will not give her money.any advice.

The Domestic Relations Section of your local Court of Common Pleas in your county should have an intake office which will advise and assist you in filing for support - spousal (for the wife) and child (for the children)- pro se, which means without an attorney. You should call them for more information.
