Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I currently have shared legal custody of my children but the mother does not shared any medical information and when I try to reach out to the doctors-they tell me because of HIPAA-they can not disclose the information to me-even with a court order that I currently have. I don't know what to do at this point. Can I take my children to the hospital-even though they have insurance but I do not have insurance? And if the mother didn't take the children to a therapist for behavior health-can that be labeled as emotional abuse?

Seriously? If you have a court order they don't get a choice they have to share medical information. If legal custody is shared her not sharing medical information is grounds for contempt. Further, neither one of you are to seek medical or psych treatment without consulting and getting the approval of the other.
