My spouse has a job, but refuses to pay for mortgage/house bills etc. What are my legal options? And refuses to give up money from SSI for my Son who is disabled.

While you are living with your spouse, the only possible way of seeking help with bills is by filing a claim for spousal support. However, you may only be entitled to an award for that if your spouse is not paying necessities, which may be the case.
