Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

trust funds

my father in law has a trust fund with my childrens and my husbands name on it. if my husband passed away today, would his portion of it go to me. i'm asking because he has sent checks to us for christmas etc.. and they have to be sent in my husbands name.
