ami able to take FMLA if i have a serious depression problem as well as cervical cancer? what info needs to be provided to my employer?

Youur employer needs to employ more than 50 employees within a defined geographic locale. You have to have sufficient hour of work within the past year. You must be under the regular care of a doctor, which I assume you are. Reference the US Department of Labor's web site for more information. www.dol.gov. good luck.
