Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Broke my wrist Sept 04. My hospitalization paid for the hospital bills. I'm suing the landowner for lost wages plus pain and suffering. Do I owe any money to the hospital insurer? And if I do how can I negoatiate the amount due to a smaller amount? How can I find out if the insurer has a lien on my lawsuit?

You sure can. I don't know the facts of your accident, but you can sue the landowner for your economic and noneconomic damages. You should talk to your attorney about these questions. If you are unrepresented, feel free to call our office to discuss: 267.639.3105
