Bring a lawsuit in District Justice Court (small claims). Because Direct TV is a national company, you can sue in the court closest to you (google Pa district Justices) it will give you a list and choose the one closest to you. The staff are usually very helpful and the costs of filing and service by certified mail are very inexpensive. Direct TV will then have to hire a local lawyer, but it is my experience, that since DJ's have to run for re-election, they tend to find in favor of local people rather than national corporations. Of course, all DJ's are different, and in my experience, you get a fair hearing. Not always, but your case sounds like a good one. Also ask for a subpoena when you file, and serve it by certified mail on Direct TV. It will take a little bit of work, and a relatively small amount of money (which you get back if you win). If you don't feel cmfortable going this route, then you should consult with a local lawyer. Good luck.
