Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

On private property posted there was an arguement, people leaving had been asked to go, fight stared upon leaving person enticed 2 of the gentleman whom ran up to the car, one gentleman got drug by the car and had serioud injury, other one injuries but not to bad- the ER called the police.

They did not.

They are being told even though gentleman hurt is not pressing charges that state may pick up due to driver and such injuries, but also told the 2 gentleman that were enticed that got hurt on their private property will get disordly charges. Can this happen? What charges would the driver face? They were all drinking at a wedding reception. Many witness(s) in favor of people hurt.

This is PA. Thank you.

It really depends on the exact circumstances of the incident. Certainly one can be charged with disorderly conduct on your own property depending on the circumstances. Also, if any of the injured people who went to the hospital and were clearly intoxicated, the hospital might have taken blood to test for alcohol. Unless the people have witnesses willing to testify, they don't have much of a case. it seems that the person who ws dragged by the car might have a civil case against the guy who dragged hin, but again, it really depends on the specific facts. If you were in any way involved and are concerned, you should consult with a lawyer.
