Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

If I drew up a contract and it was never signed by the other party, but they engaged our services for two years (assumed agreement), what's my position? Does the signature make it legal or does their engagement act as a legal understanding of moving forward as planned? Thanks!

It depends on many matters. First, an oral agreement is enforceable so long as it does not have tot do with the purchase of land. The fact that the other party has performed in accordance with the terms of the contract, is strong evidence that an actual contract exists, even though the written contract was not signed. Assent or agreement to a contract can certainly be proved by the actions of the parties, without a writing.
