Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

My ex girlfriend got the cable on in her name at my parents house because me and her were staying there at the time with no cable. When we broke up the cable was shut off and she left a back bill to be paid. There was no verbal or paper agreement and the bill is in her name. Does she have any legal standing to sue my parents for not paying her bill?

Not that I'm aware of. the contract was between her and the cable company. Your parents had nothing to do with it.
