Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

I went onto hotels.com and tried making a reservation for my parents 35th anniversery. When in the process of making the first reservation it told me that there was a error and could not process my reservation and to retry. I tried for the second time to make the reservation and the same error appeared. So i decided to go to a different website to purchace my room and had no problem. After my parents went to the to the comfort inn in nj the told me that i had made 3 reservations 2 of which i did not know i had. The hotel told my parents to tell me to contact hotels.com about a refund. I contacted hotels.com about getting a refund for the 2 rooms they told me that they had to contact the hotel to check and get authorization from the manager of the hotel. They told me that the manager of the hotel was not there to call back in a couple of days and see if the manager was in. So the following week i called hotels.com and they contacted the hotel and pretty much gave me the same answer yet again. Pretty much for 3 weeks every time i called which was roughly 4-5 times all i got was the run around and the hotel said that they had to do a investigation of the charges and to call back the following week. When i called the following week they told me no u have to wait anouther week for a answer. There after i contacted the BBB about it and filed a complaint and finally got a reply. The BBB says that they can not help me with getting my refund. What futher action should i take in order to recieve my refund because i need it to help pay for my grandmothers funeral and i don't want to drag this out any longer?

If you paid by credit card you contact the credit card company and dispute the charges.
