Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Is it legal for a parole officers to put a no contact stipulation in place against the parolees girlfriend is the girlfriend isnt a felon..isnt a victom of a crime committed by the parolee...and doesnt want the no contact order?

Whether it is legal or not is a question for the Court and depends on the circumstances. You should meet with a lawyer and explain all of the circumstances to him and have him contact your parole officer to find the reason for the prohibition.
