I seriously doubt that police officers will be waiting for you in an airport when you arrive in Pennsylvania! Usually a PFA violation is addressed by the complainant filing a contempt petition with the court -- unless the cops actually witness you violating the PFA, and which case you could be arrested right then and there.

What you need to do is to discuss this matter with a Pennsylvania attorney. Knowledge is power, you know? If you'd like to discuss your particular case in further detail, feel free to contact me offline. Best of luck to you.
