I don't know about legal action, but you may want to (1) not watch the film, (2) alert the library to remove it from its collection, and (3) offer to work with the library to develop a procedure so it does not happen again.

You asked about getting porn from a library.

There is no reason that a library cannot store and make material that has non-prurient material value available. There in fact is no law that a library must protect minors from prurient materials.

There is no legal action that can be taken to remove material that one person may consider obscene from a library collection.

To make a Yogi-ism from these facts: I may not be able to tell you what is obscene, but I can tell you what I like.
