If you were denied adjustment of status -- WHY you were denied? What the Denial letter says? How, when and on what visa did you come to USA?
Most likely, if you are out of status, you were referred by the USCIS to Immigration Court for removal from USA (deportation). You need to consult an immigration attorney off of the forum for a case review and consultation.
I offer confidential telephone or email legal consultations and assist in matters of the U.S. federal immigration law to clients from all 50 States and internationally. Note: The above response is provided for legal information purposes only and should not be considered a legal advice; it doesnt create an attorney-client relationship. If you would like to request a follow-up confidential advice on your specific situation and regarding U.S.A. immigration-related issues, we can offer a paid consultation by telephone or email to clients from all States and globally. Please visit our website http://www.law-visa-usa.com/contact_us.html for more details.
Assuming that you entered the U.S. legally (even if subsequently you overstayed the terms of your visa), or are covered under sec. 245(i), another set of sponsorship paperwork can be filed and will be successful if the previous reason for denial is addressed successfully.
