Legal Question in Insurance Law in Pennsylvania

auto insurance negligence

Auto accident. Their fault, not mine, no argument. Until I recieve my vehicle back from their insurers ''Blue Ribbon Shop'' and not all damage was repaired. They claim it could not have happened durring the accident, but it did. Too much to get into now, so here's my question...What type of law firm should I contact? I'm not even sure what area of law this falls under that's why I chose Insurance law. Please excuse my ignorance.

Re: auto insurance negligence

You are entitled to have your vehicle damage repaired so long as itt resulted from the accident. If they contend that there was pre-existing damage, you will need the tesstimony/report of an automechanic/body person, to refute that, and testify that all the damage came from the accident. If you jhave such a witness you should win. For this type of problem, I would consult any general practitioner in your area. I would ask him if he has handled similar cases, and have him explain what is involved. Feel free to email me with any further questions.
