my wife was involved in a car accident some lady hit my wife in the rear of the car the insurance company going to fix the car and i think going to pay for the medical bill my wife have neck pain and back pain and she need to see the doctor thurday agiang the insurance company send her a letter to sing to said she is no going to sue no body and said something about 350.00 dollars i want to know is my wife can sue the insurance company pain and sufering because she have a lot of pain and she is no working need to see her doctor thurday i want to know her option thak
