car acc-ssdi-limit tort

car acc 99. not my fault. had limited tort. can t return to work on ssdi cause of acc. over 16 thou in unpaid med bills over 100 thou in loss wages plus other out of pocket expenses. went to court judge would not allow in. how can i get med bills paid. how can i get loss wages. lawyers did not represent me well made some major mistakes what can i do with bills, loss wages, and lawyers that screwed up? thanks for looking

I would need to know more facts. The fact that you were on SSD is not admissible. Your medical bills and lost wages should have been admissible, if supported by medical testimony. I would have to know what happened at trial, and the basis of the judges decision, before I can help you further. As to suing your attorney, it would depend on what he did wrong.
