liability of sub contractor
I am a sub contractor for a delivery service. If I were to be at fault for an automobile
accident and was being sued by the injured party, could my personal assets be
taken for compensation or just my business assets?

it depends upon how you company is set up and your agreement with the person you contract with. It is not a simple question
