Legal Question in Insurance Law in Pennsylvania

I have a teenage daughter with a driver's permit in Pennsylvania. I had contacted my insurance agent and they told me she doesn't get added to the policy until she has a license. I was taking her out for lessons in an empty parking lot (except for one car in the corner). Before I could stop her, she managed to find the only car in the lot to hit. Medium damage to both cars. No injuries. What are the insurance rules? Does this go on her record or mine? Will this keep her from getting a license?

She should be covered under your coverage. Consider not asking your carrier to pay for it and paying for the damage out of your pocket. Talk w/ you broker for proper strategy.
