Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

35 years employed w same corporation. Excellent record. 7 months from 100% defined benefit pension. Company is now making it extremely difficult at work. Needed resources and tools to get things done are being withheld. If things get unbearable do I have recourse such as constructive discharge or an Erisa issue?

Constructive discharge cases are very difficult to prove. I would not quit without discussing the circumstances with a lawyer. If you have been working that long, you would already be fully vested in your pension. I assume you mean you are 7 months from a full pension benefit Sounds like an age discrimination case. I handle many discrimination cases. 800-433-9700
