Domenic Bellisario

Domenic A. Bellisario is an attorney whose major practice areas consist of labor and employment law, workers' compensation, personal injury and social security disability. Attorney Bellisario received his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh in 1975 and obtained his law degree, magna cum laude, from its School of Law in 1978. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Allegheny County Bar Association, and the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. He is certified as an Arbitrator and Early Neutral Evaluator by the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and is certifed to represent veterans before the Veterans' Administration. He also serves as an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. He has successfully handled cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Third Circuit and Sixth Circuit Courts of Appeals, the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Northern District of Ohio, as well as before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Superior Court, Commonwealth Court, and Courts of Common Pleas.
