Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

employment drug testing

The company I work for is being bought by another. When I was hired by the original employer, I signed an agreement concerning drug testing which did not include random tests. Can the new company just roll up with a mobile lab and begin testing without prior notification of a change in policy?

Re: employment drug testing

Well, what does yor agreement say? Does it have a successorship clause? If it is silent on the issue and the other side prepared the document, will the Dotrine of Contra Proferentum apply?

Nah. The new boss owns your soul as well as your urine and blood.
