I work for a company through a temp agency, the company pays the temp agency $20.00 for my services. The temp agency pays me $7.15. Is this legal?

Re: Temp agency pay

Yes. Your employer is renting you out to a business which doesn't want to hassle with workers' comp premiums, liability insurance and IRS 941 quarterly forms among other things.

Good Luck.
