Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania
I work in a factory. Are they allowed to have certain jobs that only men are allowed to do, and jobs that mostly women end up doing? There are women that I work with that would be able to handle the work that only men are "allowed" to do. Can they discriminate based just on gender for which jobs each person gets hired for?

No. There is no such thing as a job that only men are "allowed" to do. They can put requirements on like...must be able to lift 50 lbs., etc. You should talk with an attorney about a possible discrimination claim.
