Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

I work at a trade school and over the weekend one of my coworkers was in an accident. Today i was told that my schedule was going to be changed and that it was not optional. Due to the fact that I have lupus I'm always have doctor's appointments and i schedule them for late afternoon and early eveings. I was told that if i don't work the 11-7 shift i would be written up. I want to know if my manager is allowed, legal, to do this to me?

was your employer aware of your Lupus condition. Has your trteating doctor indicated you have certain restrictions in working due to your condition. You may have an issue under the ADA depending upon the facts. You would be wise to meet with an attorney to discuss your situation as the facts apply to you.
