After an eviction in pennsylvania, can a landlord get a judgement for future rent that was remaining on the lease if he trys to rent it out at a more expensive monthly rent and is unsucessfull

No, a landlord may not regain possession of the leased property and also continue to collect rent from the evicted tenant. The landlord is however entitled to "back rent," rent accrued under the lease term while the tenant remained in possession of the leased property.
