Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

I lived in a home with my boyfriend. he sent me an eviction notice allowing 20 days in the home. after 10 days he pulled the electric in the home and changed the locks. I contacted the state police and they allowed me to get a few changes of clothes. He hired a constable to be there for me to get the rest of my belongings. When I got there only half of my stuff was set outside and I was not allowed to enter the home for my additional personal possessions (approximately $6000.00) I have been to the district justice found in my favor, he appealed. I responded and they found in my favor, he appealed again and now I go to arbitration. Is there any criminal charges that can be filed.

There are none that jump to mind. You can and should file a counterclaim for an order to get the remainder of your possessions at a minimum. There may be other relief you can get but without knowing more it would be hard to say.
