Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

when i first moved into my new apartment my husband reported mold growing through the bathroom door and in the bathroom. they came in and painted the door again. when he got a copy of the report he threw it away. my daughter was about 6 months old and now she is 2 years old. she doesn't eat right and is always getting sick. i was pregnant with my son and also am getting sick all they time. my son is now 10 months old and he as well is always getting sick. my husband doesn't get sick like us and i think its because he is out of the house 9 hours for 6 days. but his week vacation he to got sick as well. do you think i have a case?

am i able to get ask for another copy right on the spot so that my landlord doesn't caught on that i want to sue, and she changes the report?

You can ask for a copy if they still have it. Have you gone to the doctor regarding the family members health problems. Perhaps you should get a company that checks on mold and other envirnmental hazards in housing to evaluate your living space. Speak to an attorney to evaluate all the facts relevant to your case. You may have statute of limitation issues so it is important to act quickly in any event.
