Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

The local Borough is compelling all Landlords to provide tenant names and addresses of every tenant to whom they rent. Since the post office does not give out this information, I assume there is a law that forbids giving out personal info like the name/address where a person lives. Can I give out this information without opening myself to a lawsuit?

Why not? You're not the post office. Besides if there was a law against it the town solicitor wouldn't have let them draft an ordinance like that. You're merely complying with the law.
