Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

Can I terminate my lease if my landord is causing problems between my nieghbors and I because he is gossiping my private info? I am on HUD. I have not spoken to anyone about my private arrangements with the landlords. So if any neighbor knows anything that is happening in my home than the landlords are volunteering my personal info. I have not been in the house a whole month yet and I have trouble being brought to my home. I would not have these problems if the landlord wasn't calling the neighbors and gossiping about my arrangement with them. I have a woman, who's name I do not know, screaming at me from across the street and it's because of my landlord. Is there some type of confidentiality agreement that he is breaking and can I be accepted to leave the lease with my whole security deposit? I would've liked to finish a yr here but I am shocked to have an unprofessional landlord in charge of my life and safety.
