Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Pennsylvania

Hello, I took my 6 year old son to the dentist on wed. while they were doing a mini root canal the machine slipped in which it left a big gash in his lip. Now I am taking him to his pediatrician tomorrow because it looks like it is infected now. I know this is going to leave a scar on his face. For a dentist office to have so many children's pictures in the waiting room you would think they would be extra cautious and knowing that they did it they should of made sure they took care of it. I am really nervous cause my younger son has an appointment for a cavity tomorrow. What should I do? Do you think I have a case?

You may have a case however these type of matters are fact sensitive you need to see if in fact your son is infected and will be scarred. You would best speak with an attorney regarding this situation to explore the situation more deeply. feel free to call my office should you desire to discuss this further.
