Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Pennsylvania

who is responisble

I was diagnose with high blood pressure. Everytime i went to the doctor the doctor instructed me to lay on my side when i know i have high blood pressure. Upon 24 discharge on friday I had a stroke on that monday. over the weekend i had my father monitor my blood pressure because he was a nurse. although it was high he instructed me to follow the doctors instructions instead of going back to the hospital. I file suite against the doctor in court. Now they said my father was responisble for not sending me back to the hospital.my father has nothing to do with that hospital or that professional i dont understand how he will be responsible for not sending back to the hospital

Re: who is responisble

If you are represented this question needs to be directed to your attorney.

That attorney knows more about the facts and the law of your case than someone who was not participating.

If you wish a second opinion on a case in progress, or you wish to hire an attorney to assist you in a case you have initiated suit on your own, be prepared to make many calls as attorneys generally hesitate to get involved with addressing a question that didnt arise in the course of their own practice.

Personally, I would not get involved with a case in progress.
