Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Pennsylvania

Seroquel

My daughter passed away one month of ago and was to be awarded a sum because of diabetes caused by the drug, Seroquel. She left a 17 year old son, and a husband who was not her son's biological father. How can we make sure this money goes to her son??

Re: Seroquel

Please accept my sympathies for your loss

Your question concerns the distribution of the assets of your daughters estate. This is controlled by the law of the state in which she was last a resident (and whether she had a will).

If you are concerned that your grandson get everything he is entitled to, you should discuss your concerns with an attorney who works in the area of estates.

Re: Seroquel

To Whom it may concern,

A trust can be constructed that would disburse the settlement for the benefit of the son.
