Legal Question in Military Law in Pennsylvania

military conviction

If someone is convicted in an Air Force military court of illegal use of drugs and serves time (60 days) in a California county jail is that a felony? Will that conviction show up during employment background checks in Pennsylvania? They were given a general discharge under honorable conditions. How do you answer questions on emplyment applications regarding have you ever been convicted of a crime?

Re: military conviction

"Someone" probably committed a misdemeanor because "someone" only served 60 days in a county jail. Convictions can show up during an employment background check. "Someone" needs to be completely honest to employers that ask: What type of military discharge did "someone" receive? "Someone" should feel free to contact me if he/she needs help with trying to upgrade his/her discharge.
