You should not sign such a release without consulting with an attorney. The settlement proposed does not sound sufficient. If you contact me, I will be happy to discuss this at length with you. E-mail me your telephone number and I will call you.

You should not sign a release now and should not sign without consulting an attorney. An attorney can advise about liability, the value of this claim and any exposure you may have. Moreover, it is too early to settle as the extent or limit of your child's injuries are not yet determined. There is no need to rush into a decision.

If you wish to discuss this matter further, feel free to contact me. We offer free consultation.

You should not consider a representative of an insurance company as an unbiased advisor. Don't sign a release without the advise of an experienced personal injury attorney. The evaluation of your chlid's case depends upon establishing the extent of his injuries and that he has made a maximal recovery. It is premature to make such determinations now and without the advise of an attorney who will look out for your childs future needs.
