Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

I let someone borrow my car who has a suspended license. Someone hit the back of my car while

they were driving resulting in a dent. The person driving my car has a witness that confirms the accident was not the fault of my driver. If I have to sue the other party for the damage to my car, will the fact that the driver of my vehicle's license is suspended be a factor??

The "bad guy's" insurance company will try to make it a factor, but it shouldn't be.
