It depends on what caused your mom to fall. You should consult with an attorney who is familiar with fall down cases to discuss the circumstances. Feel free to contact me for a no obligation consultation. (800) 433-9700 Domenic Bellisario

As the previous post mentions, whether or not she has a claims depends on whether the fall was caused by the store, ie: wet floor, defective toilet, etc.

I would suggest that you consult with an attorney asap.

My firm does handle slip and fall cases and we offer free phone consultations as well as free in-home consultations. We never charge a fee unless we are able to recover for you. If we are able to recover for you, our fee would be 29% plus costs (some firms charge between 33 and 40%). We believe the client should keep the majority of the funds instead of the lawyer. Regardless of what firm you use, I would suggest that you find a firm that charges under 30%.

If you would like to discuss this matter further, please feel free to call me or send me an email.
