Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

Nondisclosure medical health form

We took an 18 yr old w/ us on a trip to Italy (a Girl Scout trip). She & her parents filled out the health/medical history form and omitted listing hospitalization, medications and health conditions. Her doctor signed off on it. While in Italy she had a ''breakdown''. We had no idea she had a mental health diagnosis and was on 4 different perscription meds during our trip. We had other girls w/ us, all of whom were minors in our care. We had no idea of her condition and it affected our whole entire trip.

Are there legal issues w/ her nondisclosure?

Re: Nondisclosure medical health form

What? You're thinking about going after this poor girl (who's an adult) or her parents for some type of damages?

You should be grateful if she doesn't bring an action against you or the scouts. Notify your insurance carrier or legal counsel if you haven't already, and take their advice.
