Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

property damage to my car

there was an intense storm the other night and the wind ripped some siding from my neighbors home that landed on my car and damaged it. I don't want to submit a claim to my auto insurance as I have a $500 deductible and already have another outstanding claim.

Is the neighbor liable for that a damage?

Take pics of neighbor's house, your car, the siding that hit your car, etc. Call YOUR homeowners, and ask the neighbor for his homeowners info, and report it to them too.

Re: property damage to my car

You neighbor will be liable if you can prove that he or she knew or should have known that the siding was likely to blow off in an intense storm.
