Allegheny Power is taking property for substation
We have farm property, Allegheny Power is taking an acre+ to put in a substation. Can we prevent this? The property they are taking is very prime. They have given us a contract to sign, could you review?

Before signing, you should consult with a local lawyer in your area who has experience with condemnation/eminent domain. You may be able to receive more for your land than the initial offer.
