Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

As part owner of the house she can deny permission as to who can be there. I would think she's not going to be too happy that her replacement is living in a house she's a half owner. As half owner she say can say who can visit and who can't. You will have to buy her out to remove her say.
