Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

My house is under contract with a realtor. Recently, the lock box was removed, pipes were stolen out of my house, and it has undergone water damage. The realtor claims they are not responsible. If the lock box was taken off of the property under the realtor, who is responsible for the property's damage and theft?

Its the realtor's. File a complaint with the Pennsylvania Department of State, Bureau of Professional Occupations. I believe you can file a complaint online. You can also file a claim with your homeowners insurance; perhaps they will pursue the realtor on your behalf..
