Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Land contracts

I am in the process of making an offer for a commercial building and want to purchase your forms. I intend to take the contract to my lawyer for her opinion. Is this necessary?

Re: Land contracts

If you are buying commercial property, it is more important to have an experienced real estate lawyer not just reviewing a form, but advising you during the time you are considering properties, and BEFORE you make an offer.

There are many more issues that price and time for settlement that must be addressed. Once you've signed an agreement, those issues cannot be added or negotiated.

Buying any property, residential or commercial, is a major investment and should not be done by purchasing a form or using a "standard" Realtor form.
