ownership of breaker box

I got this land that had a trailer on it the owner of the trailer is having it demolished . my question is who owns the outside breaker box running to the meter box ?

It could be considered a fixture (part of the property) maybe or maybe not. What does the previous owner think it should be? Taking it out might be more trouble to the previous owner than its worth.

First step talk to the person your buying the land from. If he agrees to leave it for no additional money great problem solved.

If he wants more money then find out what it would cost to replace it. Then see if you can talk him into taking less than it would cost you to replace it. Leaving you slightly better off.

If he thinks its his to remove and wants more than it would cost to replace it, then just suck it up and buy a new breaker box. It will be quicker and cheaper then taking him to court.
